About the Position:
We are looking for a creative junior designer in the manufacturing industry. As a designer, you will work on developing and constructing tools with a focus on optimizing production and ensuring high quality. You will be involved in the entire process, from idea and design to finished product, and have the opportunity to influence and contribute your expertise.
We are looking for someone with experience in design and good knowledge of CAD programs. You enjoy working in a team and have a problem-solving attitude. You are meticulous, structured, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a group. Furthermore, you are communicative and have a strong desire to develop in your field.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop design solutions in consultation with the team for each model/product
- Prepare documentation for pricing calculations for customer inquiries.
- Participate in testing and verification of new products.
- Contribute to complaint and revision processes.
- Create standardized design solutions and instructions.
- Verify and optimize model setups to ensure production feasibility.
Responsibilities and Authority:
- Be an engaged colleague and actively contribute to the company's success.
- Work on continuous professional development.
- Ensure that designs achieve the best possible economic return.
- Report and act on deviations.
- Have customer contact during the quotation and development phases as needed.
- Independently drive improvements within your area of responsibility and processes.
Who Are You?
You have a technical education in design or similar, as well as good knowledge of CAD, primarily Solidworks and reading technical drawings. You are meticulous, structured, and have the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
You are a communicative person who enjoys collaborating and finds it easy to communicate both internally and externally. You are flexible and have the ability to adapt to different tasks and situations. You are goal-oriented and have a strong drive to deliver high-quality results. You are also technically savvy and have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
As a person, you are committed, responsible, and have a positive attitude towards your work. You have the ability to work effectively both independently and in a group, and enjoy working in a dynamic and developing environment.
